However, we recognize that sometimes products don’t meet expectations, arrive damaged, or simply aren’t what you envisioned for your space.

Our 30-Day Return Policy gives you peace of mind: If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return.

  • Day 1 is the delivery date shown on carrier tracking

  • Return requests submitted after 30 days will be evaluated case by case

  • We strongly recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery

Condition Requirements for Returns

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unused – Not installed, hung, or displayed

  • Original condition – No additional damage beyond what you’re reporting

  • Complete – Including any hardware or accessories

  • Original packaging – Or similar protective packaging for return shipping

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged by customer installation errors

  • Items modified or altered after delivery

  • Products exposed to moisture, extreme temperatures, or other damage

  • Items returned without original packaging (if packaging is integral to protection)


Return Reasons and Processes

Category 1: Damaged in Transit

What VTD Global LLC considers transit damage:

  • Broken or cracked materials

  • Deep scratches or gouges

  • Bent or warped metal signs

  • Split or splintered wood

  • Crushed corners or edges

  • Water damage from shipping exposure

What to do if your order arrives damaged:

  1. Document the damage – Take clear photos showing:

    • The damaged area(s) up close

    • The entire product showing damage location

    • The packaging showing any external damage

  2. Contact us immediately – Email datvtdllc@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Description of damage

    • Attached photos

  3. Keep all packaging – Do not discard boxes or packing materials until your claim is resolved

How we resolve transit damage:

  • Option A: Replacement – We ship a new item at no cost to you

  • Option B: Full Refund – We refund your complete purchase price

Shipping costs for damaged items: VTD Global LLC covers all shipping costs related to damaged item returns and replacements.

Category 2: Manufacturing Defects

Examples of manufacturing defects:

  • Printing errors (blurry text, misaligned graphics)

  • Color significantly different from listing photos

  • Missing hanging hardware

  • Unfinished edges or rough surfaces

  • Warping or other material defects

  • Adhesive failures

What is NOT a manufacturing defect:

  • Normal wood grain variation (this adds character)

  • Minor color differences between screens and physical products

  • Expected texture differences between materials

Resolution process: Same as damaged items – photos, contact us, we will replace or refund at no cost to you.

Category 3: Wrong Item Received

If we shipped you something different from what you ordered:

  1. Do not open or use the item if possible

  2. Contact us with your order number and description of what you received versus what you ordered

  3. We will:

    • Send you a return shipping label at no cost

    • Ship the correct item immediately (if available)

    • Or process a full refund if you prefer

Wrong item returns: VTD Global LLC covers all shipping costs.

Category 4: Changed Your Mind

If you simply decide you don’t want the item (no defect, no damage):

Eligibility:

  • Request must be within 30 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Custom/personalized items may have different terms (see below)

What you receive:

  • Refund of product purchase price

  • Original shipping costs are not refundable

  • Return shipping costs paid by customer

Process:

  2. We will provide return shipping instructions

  3. Pack item securely (original packaging recommended)

  4. Ship to the address we provide

  5. Once received and inspected, we process refund within 3-5 business days

Restocking fee: VTD Global LLC does not charge restocking fees for changed-mind returns.

Category 5: Ordered Wrong Size

If you selected the wrong size and need a different one:

Options:

  • Return original item (customer pays return shipping)

  • Purchase correct size in a separate transaction

  • Receive refund for original item (minus original shipping) after return is processed

VTD Global LLC does not offer direct size exchanges. Please return the incorrect size for refund and place a new order for the correct size.


Custom and Personalized Items

Special Rules for Custom Products

VTD Global LLC offers extensive customization options including family names, custom text, personalized dates, and bespoke designs.

Returns for custom items:

  • Errors by VTD Global LLC – We will replace or refund at no cost (incorrect text, spelling errors, wrong customization applied)

  • Customer-provided errors – If you supplied incorrect text or specifications, we cannot accept returns

  • Changed mind on design – Custom items cannot be returned because we cannot resell them

Before submitting custom orders:

  • Double-check all spelling, dates, and numbers

  • Verify your design selections

  • Review the proof (when provided) carefully

  • Confirm that text fits within size limitations

Final Sale Items

No Returns on These Products

The following items are sold as final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Clearance items (explicitly marked “Final Sale” or “As-Is”)

  • Discontinued designs being sold at significant discount

  • Seasonal items after the relevant holiday has passed

  • Damaged packaging items sold with disclosed imperfections

Final sale items will be clearly marked on their product page. By purchasing these items, you acknowledge that all sales are final.


Return Process Step-by-Step

How to Return an Item to VTD Global LLC

Step 1: Initiate Return

  • Item(s) to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (for damage or defect claims)

Step 2: Receive Authorization
We will respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return authorization confirmation

  • Return shipping address

  • Return shipping label (if we are covering costs)

  • Any special instructions

Step 3: Prepare Package

  • Pack item securely to prevent damage during return shipping

  • Include original packaging if available

  • Include your order number inside the package

  • Remove any old shipping labels from the box

Step 4: Ship Return

  • Use the provided label (if applicable) or your preferred carrier

  • Obtain tracking number and keep it until refund is processed

  • Insurance is recommended for high-value returns

Step 5: Inspection
Upon receipt, we inspect returned items within 3-5 business days

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in these situations:

  • Item returned with minor use or missing packaging (percentage deduction)

  • Return initiated beyond 30 days but within 45 days (deduction for restocking)

  • Item damaged during customer’s possession prior to return

Partial refund amounts are calculated case by case. You will be notified before any partial refund is processed.


Exchanges

Replacing Defective or Wrong Items

For damaged, defective, or wrong items, VTD Global LLC offers exchanges:

  • Replacement items ship as soon as we confirm the issue

  • No additional payment required

  • Replacement shipping at our expense

For changed-mind exchanges (different product than originally ordered):

  • Process as return + new purchase (no direct exchange)

  • Original item must be returned for refund

  • New order placed separately


Non-Returnable Situations

When Returns Cannot Be Accepted

VTD Global LLC cannot accept returns when:

  1. Beyond 30 days – No exceptions without prior approval

  2. Item has been used or installed – Including mounting holes drilled

  3. Damage caused by customer – Improper hanging, cleaning, or storage

  4. Outdoor exposure – Items left outside showing weather damage

  5. Attempted repair – Customer tried to fix the item themselves

  6. Custom items with customer error – You provided incorrect information

  7. Final sale items – As marked on product pages

If we receive an ineligible return:

  • You will be notified

  • You may pay shipping to have item returned to you

  • If you decline return shipping, item will be donated or discarded after 30 days


Shipping Protection

Recommended for Peace of Mind

VTD Global LLC offers shipping protection during checkout (nominal fee based on order value).

With shipping protection:

  • Expedited claims processing for damage

  • No need to return damaged items (we may request photos only)

  • Faster replacement shipping

Without shipping protection:

  • Standard return process applies

  • Damaged items must be returned for inspection

  • Processing takes longer

Shipping protection is optional but recommended, especially for larger or multiple-item orders.
