• Measurements – All dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly (typically ± 0.5 inches / 1.27 cm) due to manufacturing tolerances

• Colors – Screen displays vary by device; actual colors may differ from what you see on your monitor

• Materials – Wood grain, metal texture, and other natural material characteristics vary between pieces

• Weight – Product weights are estimates; actual weight may vary slightly

Natural Material Variations:

Wood Products: Wood is a natural material. Each piece of wood has unique grain patterns, color variations, knots, and other characteristics. These are not defects – they are features that make each wooden sign unique. VTD Global LLC does not accept returns for normal wood variation.

Metal Products: Metal may show slight variations in finish, including minor scratches, patina, or texture differences inherent to the manufacturing process. These do not affect durability or appearance when properly displayed.

3.3 Product Availability

All Products displayed on our Site are subject to availability.

• In-Stock Products – Typically ship within the timeframe stated on the product page

• Backordered Products – If a product is temporarily unavailable, you may be able to place a backorder. Estimated restock dates are estimates only and may change.

• Discontinued Products – VTD Global LLC may discontinue any product at any time without notice. We will fulfill orders already placed for discontinued products if possible.

VTD Global LLC does not guarantee that any Product will be available at any specific time. If a Product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.

3.4 Custom and Personalized Products

Many VTD Global LLC Products can be customized with:

• Family names

• Custom text or messages

• Specific dates or numbers

• Color selections

• Size variations

For custom products:

• You are responsible for providing accurate text, spelling, and specifications

• Proofs (digital previews) are provided for your review before production

• You must approve the proof or request changes within 2 business days

• Once you approve the proof or production begins, changes cannot be made

• Custom products are generally not returnable except for our error (see Return Policy)

VTD Global LLC reserves the right to reject customization requests that contain:

• Obscene, offensive, or discriminatory language

• Copyrighted material you do not own or have permission to use

• Trademarks or brand names you do not have rights to use

• Content that violates any law or third-party right

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing Policy

All prices displayed on vtdglobal.store are in United States Dollars (USD).

• Product Prices – Shown on each product page. VTD Global LLC reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.

• Price Adjustments – We do not offer price adjustments for previous purchases if prices later decrease.

• Typographical Errors – In the event of an obvious pricing error (e.g., $1.00fora$50.00 product), VTD Global LLC reserves the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price.

4.2 Taxes

Sales tax may be added to your order based on:

• Your shipping address

• Applicable state and local tax laws

• Economic nexus laws where VTD Global LLC has a physical or economic presence

Tax amounts are calculated automatically during checkout. You will see the exact tax amount before completing your purchase.

For international orders:

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase. VTD Global LLC does not profit from shipping charges – we charge exactly what carriers charge us.

Free shipping promotions – When offered, free shipping applies to standard shipping within the contiguous United States only, unless otherwise stated.

4.4 Payment Methods

VTD Global LLC accepts the following payment methods:

• Credit Cards – Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club

• Debit Cards – All major debit cards with Visa/Mastercard logo

• Apple Pay – For Apple device users

4.5 Payment Authorization and Charges

When you place an order:

1. Authorization Hold – Your payment method receives a temporary authorization hold for the total order amount (including tax and shipping). This reduces your available credit but is not a completed charge.

2. Actual Charge – Your payment method is actually charged when your order ships or when custom products enter production.

3. Order Confirmation – You receive email confirmation when your order is placed and again when charged.

VTD Global LLC does not charge your payment method at the time of order placement except for:

• Custom products (charged when production begins)

• Digital products (charged immediately)

• Pre-orders (charged according to pre-order terms)

4.6 Failed Payments

If your payment method is declined for any reason:

• Your order will not be processed

• You will receive notification of the failed payment

• You may update your payment information and try again

• Your bank or card issuer determines the reason for decline

VTD Global LLC cannot override bank declines. Contact your financial institution to resolve payment issues.

4.7 Discount Codes and Promotions

From time to time, VTD Global LLC offers discount codes and promotional pricing.

Discount code terms:

• Each code may have specific eligibility requirements (minimum purchase, product exclusions, etc.)

• Codes must be entered at checkout before order submission

• Codes cannot be applied to orders already placed

• Codes may have expiration dates – expired codes will not be honored

• Only one discount code may be used per order unless explicitly stated

• Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash

VTD Global LLC reserves the right to:

• Cancel orders using discount codes obtained through unauthorized channels

• Revoke discount codes at any time without notice

• Limit promotion availability to specific customers or regions

VTD Global LLC reserves the right to reject any order for any reason, including:

• Product unavailability

• Pricing errors

• Suspicion of fraud or unauthorized activity

5.3 Order Cancellations by Customer

You may request cancellation of your order under these conditions:

VTD Global LLC cannot partially modify orders. Contact us as soon as possible – early requests are more likely to be accommodated.

5.5 Order Limits

VTD Global LLC may limit or prohibit orders that appear to be:

• Placed by resellers or distributors without prior authorization

• Excessively large quantities of a single product

• Multiple orders to the same address with different payment methods

• Orders we reasonably believe are fraudulent

If your order exceeds reasonable quantity limits, we may:

• Reject the order entirely

6.3 Transit Time

After processing, transit time depends on destination and selected shipping method:

Transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, customs holds, and other factors may extend delivery times.

6.4 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and depend on:

• Order weight and dimensions

• Delivery distance

• Selected shipping speed

• Insurance and signature requirements (if selected)

6.5 Tracking Information

• Accept returns due to customs fees or delays

Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery of Products to the common carrier.

• Packages stolen after delivery confirmation

• Delivery errors caused by incorrect address provided by you

6.8 Delivery Issues

• For claims without a purchase (e.g., Site access issues): liability capped at $100 USD

• For claims involving multiple purchases: liability capped at the highest single order amount

13.3 Essential Purpose

You acknowledge that these limitations of liability are essential terms of this Agreement and that VTD Global LLC would not provide Products or Site access without these limitations.

13.4 Exceptions

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by our negligence

16. Termination

16.1 Termination by You

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by:

• Closing your account

• Ceasing use of the Site

Termination does not affect:

• Any outstanding orders (which will be fulfilled or cancelled according to these Terms)

• Your obligation to pay for completed orders

• Any liability for breaches occurring before termination

16.2 Termination by VTD Global LLC

We may terminate this Agreement immediately without notice if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms

• We suspect fraud or illegal activity

• Required by law or court order

16.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Any pending orders may be cancelled

• We will refund paid amounts for cancelled orders (product cost only)

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

17.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

This applies regardless of your country of residence or where you access the Site.

17.2 Dispute Resolution – Informal Negotiation

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to attempt informal resolution:

• Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith to resolve the dispute

17.3 Binding Arbitration

If informal negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings.

Arbitration terms:

• Administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules

• Arbitration held in Bernalillo County, New Mexico

• Arbitration conducted in English

• Judgment on arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction

Exceptions to arbitration requirement:

• Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights

• Either party may bring small claims court actions (if within jurisdiction)

17.4 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND VTD GLOBAL LLC AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

• No class arbitration or class action

• No joinder or consolidation of claims with any other person

• If this class action waiver is deemed unenforceable, the entire arbitration provision shall be void

17.5 Statute of Limitations

Any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site or Products must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose, or it is permanently barred.

18. Force Majeure

18.1 Definition

“Force Majeure” means events beyond VTD Global LLC’s reasonable control, including:

• War, terrorism, riots, civil unrest

• Government actions, embargoes, sanctions

• Labor strikes or work stoppages

18.2 Effect of Force Majeure

VTD Global LLC shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform arising from Force Majeure.

• Our obligations are suspended during the Force Majeure event

• We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible

• If Force Majeure persists for more than 60 days, either party may cancel affected orders for refund

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction or arbitration panel:

• That provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary

• The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect

• The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely achieves the original intent
